Checking calculations and authorisation of entries relating to employee claims like tour advances and final bills processing

Processing of Advance purchase payment requests of all regions & zones.
Discussing with suppliers who are visiting / calling over phones regarding releasing of bills and explaning the difficulites to them and avaling more credit than approved..
