Qualifications:
  • CA(Inter)
Work Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience.
Role / Responsibilities:
  • Verification & Authorisation of all bank payment & bank receipt vouchers.
  • Checking of Calculations and authorisation of both payment entries journal entries relating to accounting of purchase invoices belonging to all regions and zonal offices both LC and Non LC bills.
  • Checking calculations and authorisation of entries relating to employee claims like tour advances and final bills processing .
  • Processing of Advance purchase payment requests of all regions & zones.
  • Discussing with suppliers who are visiting / calling over phones regarding releasing of bills and explaning the difficulites to them and avaling more credit than approved..
Compensation & Benefits:
