Qualifications:
  • BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Work Experience:
  • Over 20 years of experience in handling irrigation projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as independent Business Unit and increase the focus on Independent projects or joint venture projects.
  • Draft long term business development plans.
  • Ensuing compliance with Organizational systems and procedures.
  • Ensure proper project planning, review and control for timely completion as per client's requirement.
  • Successful completion of the project and the quoted price and time frame.
  • Targeted financial progress and cash flows.
  • Managing a team.
Desired profile:
  • Should be a good Project Manager.
  • Should possess good influencing and communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills where the incumbent understands the impact on organization and systems.
  • Customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables.
