Role / Responsibilities:
Project Progress review and control through acceptable review techniques and standards.
Setting valuation and billing targets for projects month wise, weekly in co-ordination with site Planning/Project Managers.
Receivables monitoring and billing follow up of various projects.
Project Cash flow planning and receivables planning. Project cost data review and control. Review of project budget monthly and generating EVM Reports.
Material, machinery, plant and manpower monitoring of all projects month-wise (cost angle).
Preparation of cost centre codes and review periodically.
Verifying zero based costing sheet prepared by the Project Heads in consultation with QS/Contracts.
Preparation of Basic Project Costs and related statistics.
Manpower planning, Machinery planning, Material planning, Monitoring and review Preparation of Project Schedules if required and directed.
Preparation of Project Budgets.
Verify & accord approval to Major purchase requisitions generated by Projects.
General co-ordination of specific projects, if assigned.
Works related to pre-qualification for tenders and tender preparation and bidding.
